Case-review and engagement terms
For accepted motorcycle-injury matters, attorney fees are contingent on recovery and governed by a written engagement agreement. The written agreement explains the fee, litigation costs and expenses, and any client responsibility. No representation or fee obligation begins through this website.
Firm relationship
Know who is responsible before representation begins.
Jason Hicks and D. Colby Addison jointly own Rider First and are responsible counsel for its content and advertising. Both are source owners for Rider First content. Jason practices through Hicks Law Firm and Colby practices through Addison Law Firm; the firms are separate. Any accepted representation is governed by a written agreement identifying case-specific roles, scope, fees, costs, and day-to-day responsibility.
The lawyers may review conflicts, venue, filings, insurance, and case needs before representation begins.
If the lawyers can help, a written agreement explains representation, responsibilities, and fee terms.
